1. General Policy

TN Poster provides digital tools and subscription-based services. Because these services may be delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited and only apply in specific cases described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • You may be eligible for a refund if you were charged twice for the same order or subscription.
  • You may be eligible if a payment was processed but the service was not activated due to a platform error.
  • You may be eligible if a billing issue caused you to pay for a plan that was not delivered as described.

Refund review process

  1. Send your payment details and issue summary.
  2. Our team checks the transaction and service status.
  3. If eligible, the refund is processed to the original payment method or payment-gateway-approved method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Following a service-style model, most completed digital services are non-refundable once the account, listing, poster, QR page, catalog, or other feature has been activated or delivered.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind after service activation.
  • Refunds are not available if you stop using the service after purchase.
  • Refunds are not available if your content or listing was rejected for policy reasons.
  • Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the user.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If a payment is charged more than once, or if you were charged but the payment flow failed, contact us with proof of payment. After verification, we may reverse the duplicate charge or correct the billing issue.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel future renewals or stop using the platform at any time, but cancellations do not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period. Any cancellation effect will apply from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider. Processing time depends on the bank or payment gateway and may take several business days.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
